Georgia Pollinator Census and Bee Books

The third annual Georgia Pollinator Census is coming up on August 20 and 21, 2021 -- an event coordinated by the University of Georgia Extension Service. The goal of the project is three-fold:

To create or add sustainable or pollinator habitat across Georgia
To increase entomological literacy
To generate useful data about pollinator populations (a citizen science project)

It's easy to do and on the Georgia Pollinator website there is a downloadable guide to identification and a worksheet that you can take with you while you do your counting.
